CHOZO
A Chozo is, as the shepherds called it, a cluster of stones that indicates the presence of a mound or dolmen.
We will visit two very different zones geologically: the sandstones of Ordunte and the limestones of Mazo. We will start ascending to Llana de Salduero, a secular summer grazing area, extremely important for its peaty soils, where very few plants live in other environments. Then we will go to the Mazo, passing previously through the megalithic station with more monuments of all Bizkaia. In the Mazo, we will leave the car and walk to the window of the Relux, a natural frame in full rock, that adorns the viewpoint that dominates the east of Cantabria.
